This is a simple stretch for the chest

- Stand tall and put your hands behind your head.

- Keep your head up and break your elbows apart to stretch your chest.

- Hold for 15 seconds as a maintenance or post-workout stretch.

- Hold for 30 seconds or more as a developmental stretching routine.
