🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏻‍♂️ This is one of the foundational lifting complexes we use with our power athlete clients. We often us it in the early part of the session as conditioning before specific power or strength lifting.

Hang Power Clean > Front Squat > Push Press > Back Squat > Push Press > Repeat 🔄
