"Joel was helpful even before I'd seen him, he was prompt with his responses and polite.
I have struggled for longer than I care to remember with my hip, and was having sciatica problems, however, the difference is amazing, he showed me exercises to help and the sports massage while sometimes uncomfortable really have helped, for the first time in ages I can actually lie on my bad side!
Would definitely recommend"

This is a strong stretch for the rectus femoris (Quad muscle).

This is a stretch for the hip flexors, quads and glutes. If you sit for prolonged periods than your hip flexors will likely be tight.
